You agree to use such Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment or business relationship with Demeter Tactical Investments and not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Demeter Tactical Investments. This obligation applies regardless of format and survives the termination of your access to the data room. Unauthorized use or disclosure may result in immediate revocation of access and may give rise to legal remedies under applicable law.
